Our comprehensive training program is designed to train you in all aspects of operating a 6ixty Wings restaurant including staffing and recruiting, food handling, safety standards, daily operations, management, guest services and maximising your performance and growing your business. Our training team is enthusiastic and skilled in meeting these needs.
Franchisees will spend 1-2 weeks at one of our locations and receive hands-on comprehensive training sessions that fully encompasses every aspect of owning and operating a successful franchise. Additionally, you will be able to attend your training sessions on a full or part-time basis, and your training will be tailored to any previous experience you may have.
Following the grand opening, our training staff will remain on-site for an additional week to ensure that your franchise is operating smoothly, while providing full support. We want you to succeed, and we give you all the tools to achieve your goals.
As part of the 6ixty Wings trademark, you are represented by the brand marketing team. Our marketing team oversees advertising and promotions across every platform including print, digital, social media and community events.
